Data Support Assistant - GWU Libraries

At GWU Libraries, I worked with large datasets to support both library operations and ongoing research projects. I analyzed borrowing requests and 50,000+ rows of e-resource usage data to uncover trends in student demand, guided new book acquisitions, and streamlined collection maintenance. I also structured and validated transaction logs to ensure accuracy in overdue returns, fines, and availability records, while assisting researchers with data analysis, organization, and storage. This role strengthened my skills in Excel, data transformation, and trend analysis, and gave me hands-on experience applying analytics in both operational and academic research settings.

During my internship at PwC, I worked extensively with Salesforce CRM data, where I extracted, cleaned, and organized over 10,000 client and sales records to improve reporting accuracy. I designed and optimized interactive dashboards that tracked key business indicators such as lead conversion, pipeline progression, and customer engagement. To support collaboration, I used Jira for task management and workflow tracking across teams. In addition, I created over 20 pages of QA documentation, detailing test cases and validation steps that ensured reliability and consistency in reporting processes. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in data preparation, visualization, documentation, and cross-team collaboration within a professional consulting environment.
